New update contains facilities

• to take a report of family details /dependant List.

• Likely list of wrong relationship in family details. This can be used for correcting the family list. You can correct the relation directly on form showing details.

• To take out family details "Other Reports" -> Click ->Ex-servicemen family (service & Category) -> Click

• On New form select service and/or category and click on show report.

• if you want to take report for widows dependants, then select widow.

• For Likely wrong relationship select from tools menu and update relationship, this list is a sample, may not be exact list.

Please follow the procedure as given below for download and update/install:-

• on clicking above link you will get the following screen

• Click Save. On which you will get the following screen:-

• Select Drive and directory where you want to save the downloaded file. In above case it is Desktop. Then click Save Button. 

• On doing so you will get the following screen.

• Allow down load to complete. On completion you must ensure that "download complete" is written on screen.

• Click Close.

• On completion of download, please double click on zswonew.exe (or by whatever name you have saved the file), where ever you have saved it. You should get the following dialog box.

• Click Unzip button.

• Do Not Change the path.

• Click OK. and then Click Close.

• Then use the software.

In Case of LAN Version

• Please Follow the above procedure where you have database (i.e. On Server). If your server is not connected to internet then after downloading follow the procedure given below to ensure new exe file on all PCs:-

  • Copy the downloaded file to desktop of other PCs ( Computers). 
  • On completion of Copying, please double click on zswonew.exe (or by whatever name you have saved the file), where ever you have saved it.
  • Click Unzip button.
  • Do Not Change the path.
  • Click OK. and then Click Close.

Email Problem from Software

After downloading the patch, follow the steps given below:

• Save it on your desktop.
• Then double-click vbsendmail.exe
• Click unzip.
• Double-click my computer
• Double click c: drive
• Double click copyreg.bat

Database Repair Patch

CORRECT WRONGLY TYPED LOGIN DATE

• After downloading the patch, take the following steps:-
  • Double Click LoginDatePatch.exe, where ever you have saved it. You should get the following screen.
  • Old Login Date will automatically appear, which will be a present (wrong) login date.
  • Please type correct login Date (New Date), in front of New Login Date. Screen should look something like below:-
  • Click Apply.
  • If New date is correct, then Click Yes.
     

• Click OK. Then Click Cancel.
